More About Me

MEET RANDY:

Randy has built a reputation of honesty, hard work, and just doing what is right. His passion and commitment has always steered him in the direction of serving others. He worked his way through college, by working at the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and continued working for DSHS until his retirement. The Texas House of Representatives presented him with the Texas Flag that was flown at the Capitol of the State of Texas on December 15, 2010 in honor of his service to the State for over thirty-two years.

His State career afforded him the opportunity to serve in various roles, from procurement, program coordinator, contract management, and emergency preparedness. He has worked closely with community service organizations, entrepreneurs, medical providers, and other entities at the local, state, federal levels, and the private sector. Randy's experience has taught him the importance of creating strong relationships, both internally and externally.

BECAUSE HE CARES:

In 2002, Randy published a manual entitled Texas Older Adults - Traffic Safety Outreach and Education Program, a Model for Other States and a booklet entitled, Traffic Safety Tips for Texans Over 55 for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in Washington, D.C. Both publications are recognized at the National level and have been utilized to assist other States in replicating a similar traffic safety program that he created for the State of Texas.

FOR PEACE OF MIND:

Having invested in the Texas real estate market for over 25 years has certainly prepared Randy for helping those in search of real estate opportunities, either as a buyer or as a seller. These combined experiences have taught him the importance of building a collaboration of trust with a client or within a team environment.

Randy's strength shines through discipline and commitment to the client, which began with a passion and dedication to serving others. If you ask him to define success, he would say that success for him is defined in building and sustaining strong relationships.
